How to view stock balance

This allow easy overview of the stock remaining so as to allow easier accounting and stockage.

Follow the step for viewing stock balance.

Login to your back office

1. After you have logged in to your back office, click on "Item" category

2. Next, Click on Stock Inquiry category.

3. To view the stock balance on each product, you could view the amount under "stock" category

4. To look for specific item, you could search for item by the search bar.

5. There are also the option to export the stock balance

6. Select the export type and click confirm to export the stock balance in excel file.

7. The first option 'summaries overall stock quantity base on item' would give the overall stock quantity regardless of outlet.

8. The second option 'show stock distribution detail' would give the stock amount in each outlet.
