Our POS packages are pre-scoped IT solutions supported under Enhanced Retail Management and Inventory Management. They are eligible for an enhanced support level of up to 80% (excl. GST).

We have open APIs made available for developers to evaluate the possibility of integration with other solutions, subject to each solution’s specific requirements.

Our support hours for onsite support are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm, while online support will be available from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 10pm. Do note that support hours do not include public holidays and eve of public holidays, and onsite support after office hours is subject to additional costs.

Upon receiving your full content, we will be able to set up and deploy your POS within a week, subjected to our implementation team’s availability.

We provide both frontend and backend training with our POS solution, which will be conducted remotely due to Covid-19 precautions.

Yes, you will still be able to perform transactions without an active Internet connection. However, some functions may not be available in an offline environment.
