You can create wastage reason such as expire, spoilt to speed up the process of creating wastage
Log in to backend
Go to item>inventory>wastage
Click on set wastage reason
Click on add
Input the name
Click on save
With the wastage reason set, now you can select the reason when creating wastage on frontend
