Our support hours for onsite support are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm, while online support will be available from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 10pm. Do note that support hours do not include public holidays and eve of public holidays, and onsite support after office hours is subject to additional costs.

We provide both frontend and backend training with our POS solution, which will be conducted remotely due to Covid-19 precautions.
After receiving both payment and your content, we will be able to set up and deploy the POS within a week, subject to our implementation team’s availability.
