How long does the PSG approval process take?

The PSG application will be processed within 4-8 weeks following the successful application and submission of all required documents.

When will I receive the grant disbursement?

Claims will be processed within 4-8 weeks following the submission of all required documents, and companies are also required to provide documents showing usage of our POS solutions for at least 1 month and prior to submission.

Does your POS come with an e-waitering function?

Yes, Weebo’s POS includes an e-waitering function. You may book a demo session with our team to learn more about our product offering.

Does your POS come with CRM solutions?

Yes, Weebo’s POS includes a CRM module to facilitate members’ discounts, promotions, and credits. You may book a demo session with our team to learn more about our product offering.

Can your POS integrate with other solutions?

We have open APIs made available for developers to evaluate the possibility of integration with other solutions, subject to each solution’s specific requirements.

Is your backend portal and cloud data hosting secured?

Our backend platform utilises a SSL certificate to ensure all transactions are secure via SSL encrypted transmission. Our data is stored on Alibaba Cloud, which adheres to international information security standards including ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27017.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours for onsite support are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm, while online support will be available from Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 10pm. Do note that support hours do not include public holidays and eve of public holidays, and onsite support after office hours is subject to additional costs.

Can I conduct stocktakes with your POS solution?

Yes, our POS solution features an inventory module to facilitate stock in, stocktakes, and stock transfer.

Will training be provided?

We provide both frontend and backend training with our POS solution, which will be conducted remotely due to Covid-19 precautions.

How long does it take to set up an account?

After receiving both payment and your content, we will be able to set up and deploy the POS within a week, subject to our implementation team’s availability.

Can I still use the POS without an Internet connection?

Yes, you will still be able to perform transactions without an active Internet connection. However, some functions may not be workable in an offline environment.
